I’ve used the caravan for our own family holidays as well as successfully running it as a holiday let. My circumstances have now changed, so it’s time for another family to enjoy it and make their own memories here.

No 15% Site Sale Fee for the Buyer

An important benefit of buying this caravan privately is that the 15% fee I have to pay to the site when the caravan is sold is already included in the advertised price.

There isn’t an additional 15% charge for the buyer to pay on top of the agreed sale price, so you won’t suddenly be faced with this extra site fee after agreeing to buy.

Quiet Location at Newquay Bay Resort

The caravan is in the Porth Valley Retreat area of Newquay Bay Resort, which is a lovely, quieter part of the park. We’ve really enjoyed the peaceful setting and it’s ideal when you just want to get away and relax.

The caravan currently has decking at the end, as shown in the photographs. There is also the option to extend this into full wraparound decking if that’s something you’d like to do in the future.

12-Month Holiday Licence

The park has a 12-month holiday licence, so the caravan can be enjoyed for holidays throughout the year.

It cannot be used as your main permanent residence, and the park requires owners to provide proof of their main residential address.

Wi-Fi is also available to purchase through the park for an additional monthly cost.

We’ve absolutely loved having our holiday home here. It’s a beautiful part of Cornwall and we’ve made some brilliant family memories over the last three years.
