This lovely twin lodge is situated on a sought after position on one of the lakes at this 5* Holiday park. It includes a large wrap round deck where you can enjoy alfresco dinner watching the wildlife on the lake. This peaceful, privatley owned, family run park is open all year round and as no subletting is permitted allows for a quiet relaxation stay, especially during the week.
All utilities are piped in including Wifi. The Park has it’s own spring water Bore, so the drinking water is outstanding.
Facilities on site include include, restaurant, Sports Bar, Water sports Lake, Childrens play area including zipwire, extensive dog walking paths with in the grounds with access to a spring and lake for those hot days.

Entrance: The Clearwater’s new lobby seating ensures there is plenty of space to change out of walking boots or wellies after holiday adventures – no more muddy footprints in the lounge!
Lounge: Open plan and spacious, the Clearwater provides comfort and luxury. Sliding patio doors provide direct access to the outside space. Two double couches and a coffee table set the scene for relaxation. The gas central heating system features a high-efficiency condensing combi boiler, offering a snug staycation.
Kitchen/diner: Modern and contemporary, the Clearwater kitchen layout provides a “holiday home from home” lodge experience. The kitchen features a double cavity gas oven/grill with glass splash-back and extractor fan and integrated microwave. A four seater dining table is perfectly situated by the windows – dine while marvelling at the country views!
Master bedroom: A King size bed, en-suite shower and toilet and in-built TV point set the scene for a relaxing place to rest your head.
Twin bedroom: Two single beds ensure that sleeping in comfort continues.
Main bathroom: Luxury as expected from a Willerby bathroom, the Clearwater comes with a full-sized bath. The quad shower enclosure includes a thermostatic shower.
